About
Vision and Mission
Terawatt Times Institute is a non-profit research and educational organization accelerating the $5 trillion climate and energy transition. We do this by building the connective intelligence and open infrastructure the world needs: revealing where innovation, capital, and strategy converge and creating the cognitive frameworks that turn complexity into clarity.
Our work spans five integrated pathways: Publishing deep research and industry insight from practitioners, scholars, and emerging voices; Ranking technologies, companies, and policies through transparent, data-driven benchmarks; Matching capital, talent, and solutions across fragmented markets in the climate and energy transition; Consulting with institutions to turn analysis into actionable strategy; Educating the next generation of climate leaders through open frameworks, youth innovation, and multilingual knowledge transmission.

At our core, we believe the transition won’t succeed through more noise, but through sharper intelligence, better tools, and inclusive collaboration. That’s why we champion young innovators, bridge opposing perspectives, and build a shared foundation of data, models, and connections that empowers investors, policymakers, operators, and communities to act with confidence. We don’t just report on the future. We help build it TOGETHER.

Terawatt Times Institute operates a hybrid model: while our subscription publication supports sustainable operations, the public-interest core of our research remains freely accessible to all.
We are establishing fiscal sponsorship to accept tax-deductible contributions. Your support strengthens independent investigations, expands cognitive infrastructure, and ensures vital knowledge remains open amid a fragmented climate and energy transition.
